We will attend The Total Solution Exhibition for Electronic Equipment 2023 JPCA Show 2023 on 31.May – 2.June, 2023.
The show’s objective is to contribute to the advancement of the electronic circuit industry and all related fields by presenting an exhibition of products, knowledge and solutions related to the electronic circuits and packaging technologies used in all electronic devices, IT devices and equipment, as well as the design, testing and logistics of large electronics (printed electronics, stretchable electronics, etc.).
We will introduce advanced printed circuit boards and semiconductor package substrates using our own technology, including Ultra Thick Copper substrates for power devices, which are in increasing demand, and Flip chip PCB with fine pattern formation technology, and cavity substrates.
Also, we will introduce on-metal, non/on-metal, liquid container compatible UHF RFID Tag, and highlight will be the newest Energy Harvesting Sensor Tag.
